How is pricing calculated?
By stay type, length of stay and season. Longer stays move to weekly and monthly rates with a lower effective nightly cost.
Do longer stays cost less per night?
Yes - weekly is cheaper per night than nightly, and monthly is cheaper still. 60-90 day stays get the best rate.
What's included in the rate?
Furnished room / home, Wi-Fi, power backup, hot water and (where applicable) kitchen. Weekly+ stays add laundry and housekeeping.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Extras like meals, extra guests and pickups are optional and priced up front, and confirmed before you pay.
How do I confirm a booking?
Share your dates and group size; we confirm the rate, and a deposit holds the booking with the balance at check-in.
